KF真空接头套 (Klein Flansche)

ISO Flange
The ISO Flanges will be socket welded to tubes, fittings, and valves. Flanges with welding necks are also available but not very common. Available in SS 304 and SS 316L.
ISO O Ring
The ISO O ring sits in the middle of two ISO Flanges to act as a seal to prevent leakages. Material is usually Viton.
ISO Claw Clamp
The ISO Clamp is used to fasten two ISO Flanges together. The Claw Clamp is secured using bolts. At least 2 Claw Clamps are used per union depending on the size. Available in aluminium and SS 304.
ISO Blank Flange
The ISO Blank Flange is just a ISO Flange without an opening, it can replace the ISO flange to act as a cover to block flow. Available in SS 304 and SS 316L.
ISO Centering Ring
The ISO Centering Ring acts as a frame for the O Ring. An outer centering ring is also available if the ISO Flange is to handle pressure as well as vacuum. Available in SS 304 and SS 316L.
